We try to improve the usability of the site for people who want to be coach.

For the moment, they have to (guess that they should) go to their user's page.

As this page fragment shows (from a typical yellow belt user profile):

The way to be a coach is to press the "be a coach!" link.

Coach Status

Pressing that link, you get a coach status page.
For example, this is the page of Jared (selected randomly)

http://www.blackbeltfactory.com/ui/#coachStatus/id=12233740

If you are Jared, you see this:

There is a "Start being coach!" button, which I think is obvious.

Then it seems to me that it's not obvious what to do for the coach newbie.
They should:
- get a mentor (it's always me -John- for the moment)
- create an offering for Java & OO Fundamentals.

These two steps should probably be partially or completely automated.

How would you see that?

In a near future, we also would like people to take a little exam before being coach level 1, but that should not be difficult to add.

I think that it's OK, the previous bug (about add courses) was solved and the manual about coaching process it's very clear.

The bullet point "Select a mentor..." is a little bit misleading because it does not change to "green" after a mentor has been successfully chosen. Actually it will changes to green after the mentorship has ended. Further there is a detour if one want to review the current mentorship. Clicking on "Select a mentor..." will open the page "Request Mentorship" even a mentor has already been chosen, what is not visible on that page. This is confusing because one may think that the mentorship has been canceled somehow or will mislead to request it again.
