Extended Course Access: a student has access to a course for 2 months since he starts with the coach. It does not depends on when the course ends. Now, an administrator can give some extra time manually.

Registration Timers: Students open course registrations to find a coach. If they don't find a coach (don't aswer to proposals of coaches), they get a mail every 7 days that propose a link to invite a coach or to extend the registration timer. If they don't click the link, the registration automatically closes. It will clean up the student list.

e-mail & skype visibility: we have extended people seeing each other e-mail and skype. Mentors and coaches, students and coaches, students and coach candidates (not hired yet). You have also the possibility to fine tune who can see you (add restrictions) from your user page.

• We force the student to complete all the star ratings before closing the form.


• We show the impact of the coach average score to the student. For example an happy student gives 3 stars to a coach because in that student's mind, 3 stars is very good. He immediately sees that he contributes lowering the average score of the coach (who had 4 stars, for example).


• Some coaches had very bad average ranking (as low as 1 star), because their students did not fill all their criteria. For example, 5 stars were given to availability, and no ranking for pedagogy and technical skills, which was counted a zero. The computation does not take these blank ranking into account anymore.


• We display the amount of evaluations in coaches list (on the course page).


• We've replaced our rating component with RatingStars component. It shows fraction of stars. A coach having 4.2 stars will visually have 4 stars filled and one 20% filled. If you have some design skills, you are welcome to help us to improve it. It's just 2 or 3 tiny pictures to change.
