Hello,

I am mentoring a level1 coach (Jenia Nemzer), and I noticed is now marked as 'done succesfully', but I didn't want to make it done while is still 'on-going'. I think I didn't do it by mistake, but if it were the case I think there sould be a way to revert situation (e.g. for a period of time).

How can I make mentorship back to 'on-going' state? I fear there's no way at the moment.

Any help whould be really appreciated.

Thanks, Luca.

Hi Luca,

Yes, it seems that the mentorship of Jenia has been done (as in our DB).
As you guess, there is no way back (unless I spend some effort hacking the DB, but I prefer not

I have no idea (except a button press) what could have caused that status change. Would the mentored coach have access to these buttons? I just doubled checked the code and the "Coach is ready" button is only acessible to the mentor.

John.
